Beautiful Nightmare

It was like I was at a race track. I was standing on the track and not in the stands. Then some of the workers brought out this big beautiful black stallion. He was so full of life - it took my breath away. Then a man approached with this really really long whip and started swinging it around. After a few times he hit the stallion with it which made it take of running, a long thin line of blood slowly trickling down its side. The horse ran straight for a few people and trampled them. Their lifeless bodies left laying on the ground. Then the horse started running in my direction but I didn't try to move, i wasn't afraid at all even though I knew it had killed several people in seconds. Even if I did want to move it was like my feet were frozen to the ground. The stallion got closer and closer before quickly veering off to my side. But as it ran buy it looked at me and its eyes were dark pools of fear and pain. And as our eyes met it was as if my world started spinning, as if the ground was shifting and becoming something slightly less solid, fluid. Then the horse crashed into an electric fence. It started making this horrible noises and i could see it was caught and struggling but I knew there wasn't anything I could do. So I just watched (it wasn't like i wanted to but like i was incapable of doing anything else. Then it started bleeding - profusely. Its blood spilled across the ground in unnatural amounts. The whole track ended up a shallow lake of blood. And the entire time the stallion kept struggling and crying out. It's like all the pain of the world's existence was being voiced through this dyeing animal. The sounds were gut-wrenching. Then the rest of the scene started to come back into focus. I realized that at some point I had collapsed to my knees and was covered in blood. Then I heard a noise and looked over my shoulder to see the man that had hit the horse with the whip was laughing. I stood and turned to face him with this unbelieving, and angry look in my eyes. But before I could gather my thoughts enough to do something, anything he noticed me. He shifted his body weight to face me and then this creepy, malicious grin crept across his face. Then I woke up.
